Goal

Bricomarché, subsidiary of the Les Mousquetaires group is 3rd in the do-it-yourself business. Since 2017, it is our job to come up with and manage its global and local digital solutions, improving traffic to the 450 stores in France and creating feeds to the e-commerce site, through a content strategy deployed on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.

  • Online brand content strategy with the Bricofamily programme: advice, tips, best practices, news posts, tutorials, web series.
  • Social media programme: inspirational content, regular meetings (competitions), offers and sales plans, couponing, crisis management and after-sales service.
  • Community acquisition strategy: competitions based on important events (league cup, the store’s anniversary), advertising acquisition strategy with a community of 0 to 120,000 Facebook fans qualified in under 3 years.

The agency also assists Brico Cash on Facebook, with content dedicated to a community of do-it-yourselfers and experts.

For the two brands, we have taken charge of deploying and activating local Facebook pages.
